PH Development is a multifamily real estate development firm that targets undersupplied submarkets in the Pacific Northwest. The focus of the company is to meet the demand for housing concentrating on the I-5 corridor in markets offering an above average YoY growth trajectory.
Owner, Phil Hoban, has spent nine years working in multifamily development, construction, leasing, and property management in Western Washington. Prior to launching PH Development, Hoban honed his skills early on working for Coast Real Estate and later, MainStreet Property Group, NAIOP’s WA State Developer of the Year in 2019. He has been an instrumental figure in the growth of many companies across the industry and their ability to hit and exceed investor returns.
A 425 Business 30 Under 30 Honoree, Hoban is developing over $85M worth of real estate using syndication and joint venture models through PH Development. He holds an Economics & Entrepreneurship degree from Santa Clara University and is an active member in Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group.
