PH Development is a multifamily real estate development firm that targets undersupplied submarkets in the Pacific Northwest. The focus of the company is to meet the demand for housing concentrating on the I-5 corridor in markets offering an above average YoY growth trajectory.
Owner, Phil Hoban, began his career in 2017 working in multifamily development, construction, and property management for MainStreet Property Group (NAIOP WA State Development of the Year - 2019) and its family of companies. After being an instrumental figure in the growth of MainStreet, he launched PH Development in 2021.
A 425 Business 30 Under 30 Honoree (2022), Hoban is developing over $85M worth of real estate using syndication and joint venture models through PH Development. He holds an Economics & Entrepreneurship degree from Santa Clara University and is an active member in Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group.
