Woodland Flats

Woodland Flats is a hotel conversion to multifamily project located in Gresham, OR. The existing 168 room Quality Inn hotel was a ripe choice for conversion due to its building age, utility infrastructure, and high demand for apartment housing in the area. Gresham is an expanding secondary market with a large influx of industrial warehouse development bringing thousands of jobs to the submarket with companies such as Subaru, Boeing, and Amazon all making long term investments within a 5 mile radius of the project site. Other large adjacent employers include Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center and Mt. Hood Community College.

The building was converted to 127 apartment units with a healthy mix of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and live/work units. This building’s strategic location and proximity to large employment hubs, parks, and outdoor recreation such as Mt. Hood were all appealing aspects for this development.
